Q: I have more than one child. Can they come together? Is there siblings’ discount?
All siblings are welcome to any of our sessions. In Parent and Child sessions siblings below 12 months do not pay and siblings over 12 months are chanrged only £3.00 per session.
Q: How does the 'Book Me Up' system works?
You will first need to register yourself. This is a one time process; so if you've done that in previous terms, you're already registered with us.
You will then instantly receive an invite via email (this is for security purposes) with a link that you must click on to confirm your email address. Once you've done that you’ll be safe to log in and add your child or children, and book your chosen session(s).
Your chosen day and time session is fixed and the same each week; this is in order to form friendship through a safe and secure group, to establish continuity and growing relationship with the leaders and the members of each individual group session.
Any queries, please contact us at [email protected].
Q: The Book Me Up system doesn't let me pay from the day I joined. What shall I do next?
It only takes payments for the whole term or half term, if you have joined in between contact us at [email protected].
Q: I love your sessions and would like to show it to my friend. Can I bring them along?
Definitely, we love to welcome new people into our family but just check with the session leader first.
Q: How can one become an assistant or group leader?
Thanks for asking! We’re always looking for interested mums, dads, grannies or carers willing to transmit our message. Please contact us and we’ll guide you through; we will ask you how you would like to help and you can start by assisting, shadowing a trained leader and eventually, after enough training, a leader. You could be our next group leader!
