​A hands on bread making workshop facilitated by Maria Taylor.

​Learn how the bread develops and signs of readiness.  
Making a plain sourdough, a spelt bread, a rye bread, with a short and long fermentation using yeast and sourdough starter, demonstration, making- cooking together, history, presentation of different styles/flours, techniques, and of course guidance throughout until baked and eaten. Some goodies for taking home too!
​Lunch will be included in the program, and in the in between times Susannah Andrews will be doing seasonal singing and storytelling for all.

​All participants bring an apron, please.
