Busy busy bee Sipping at the flowers In the sunny hours Zoooom, zoom, zoooooom! WILD CHILD OUTDOOR SESSION: NATURE PLAY The sessions are continuing throughout summer; nothing is stopping us, so do join us if you are around! Greenwich Park Flower Garden/Deer enclosure Wednesdays 10.30 - 13.30 This outdoor play is relaxed and open to all, in fact, suitable for all ages. Free meetup, social gathering, drop in, no need to book! Free and child led play. Let's go 'wild' in a peaceful secret little woodland area of Greenwich Park by the deer enclosure; Adults and children of all ages; toddlers, preschool age/ older children/ home ed families, Waldorf/ Steiner inspired, nature lovers, park strollers, botanists and the curious. This is an informal gathering, no charge, no particular structure; basically I go there with the kids in my charge and hope to meet with like minded people so the kids can all climb and bounce and dance with the fairies; what actually happens at the beginning is a lot of shyness and eating all the picnic food before lunchtime in this little base of logs; but you will find that the children after a while feel the freedom to explore and play creatively. Minimum adult intervention. I warn you that I do burst into song, though! We have been meeting for a few times already and a few friendships are forming...watch this space! Bring food and water and laughter We meet between 10.15 and 10.30 by pond near deer enclosure top of the park in the flower garden, if you are new, text us, otherwise, if you know the place or are late, come and find us inside the secret woodland area inside and near the deer... follow the bendy path...into the Wilderness (Deer Reserve)* Contact me, Susannah Andrews on 07837931643 * see map below Dear Acorns families, The Greenwich Steiner School Community invites everyone to the Rising Class One Multi Cultural Festival on Friday 8th July at 3.30pm in Mycenae Gardens.
