Free and informal group in the woods. No need to book!
WE are inviting Acorns families to join an informal meetup:
The Cherry Bloosom Woodlands Playgroup
Every Friday at 10am, the group meets near the outdoor gym in Oxleas Woods to begin our completely child-led walk and play in nature.
Please bring your mindfulness, a healthy snack to share (with a blanket) and a cup for tea!
Georgie, Claudia and the others await you!
A nurturing playgroup for babies and toddlers, giving space and completely free and independent time for children to play, connect with nature and each other. A supportive and natural setting aimed at allowing children to truly be, follow their innate interests and unfold their exploratory impulses. If you go down to the woods today....
Teddy bear picnic!
Claudia and friends from Acorns invite you to this free taster of our Acorns Adult and Child outdoor session.
It's gently guided with a free flow rhythm, a structure that makes toddlers and young children feel safe and able to eventually become independent and creative during their free play.
We sing songs and make crafty things using very little resources! Bring a flask of water/tea and some fruit and crackers for a shared picnic. Teddys optional!
Meet at 9.45 by the oak tree between car park and café, at the end of crown woods lane.
Any questions please email us.
note: change of date
